-Try and keep the atmosphere tense-free
-be friendly and dont interupt
-try and think of questions that come up from something the interviewee says
-Expand as much as possible off of topics
-Make it a true learning experience

ReplyDeleteI also like the gum objective. A small thing like gum can sometimes be over looked, but can come across as unprofessional.

I like the "No Gum" part you don't want to be chomping away on your gum during the interview!! You could use some more detail in your objectives though.
